Brick Mill Games, LLC is now an officially registered limited liability corporation within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Thanks to the folks at LegalZoom, most of the paperwork has been filed. I have a few tasks to do to complete the process, but, as of now, Brick Mill Games, LLC is operational!
